I added the Spitfire to my quiver last year, joining MVMT Akomas, Volkl Gotamas and Mantras. It quickly became my favorite "non-working" ski. As a patroller I ski in and out of bounds and in all conditions. I reserved these skis for my days off so they wouldn't get trashed, although they handled everything I threw at them! Trees, steeps, hucks, cruisers, mixed snow and powder, totally bomber. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a one-ski quiver.

Just finished day 2 on a new pair of spitfires. My third pair of G3 skis, i have the ticket and the rapid transits.
Love em all, but the spitfires are fantastic. Quick, light, and a solid cruiser. A great all round ski. Very happy with my purchase.
I have just used G3 Spitfire
I have just used G3 Spitfire skis for the first time and found them excellent. We did a 2000m descent on Les Diablerets (Switzerland) and the Spitfire made it even more enjoyable than usual. I had the camera, so no footage of the Spitfire in action, but a movie of our descent is at http://gallery.me.com/rogerpayne/100717
Hey, at Telemark-Pyrenees.com
Hey, at Telemark-Pyrenees.com they have something called the Spitfire LT? Is this a different ski, available only in Europe perhaps?
I bought the Spitfire LT this
I bought the Spitfire LT this year. Previously I had been skiiing Stockli Stormrider DP Pro in 185 cm. The Spitfire LT were 177.
I'm really impressed with these skis. If you like touring, but also want to be able to hit the slopes, you got it. Boots-Dynafit Zzero 4 + Vertical ST. I'm afraid the Stormrider DP not will be used to much in the future.
