Canada Line
At G3, our employees live throughout Vancouver and employ a variety of transportation modes to get to our offices and factory tucked away on the North Shore and like any city, it can be tough getting around at times.
A few weeks ago the city opened a new electric skytrain line from the Airport/Richmond right into downtown. Aside from being a pretty cool ride, especially if you happen to riding up front with views down the elevated bridges and lit up tunnels, it apparently provides the equivalent people moving capacity of a 10 lane freeway but at a fraction of the Co2 emissions.
Several G3 employees now use it on their daily commute. We look forward to seeing plenty of skis in the skytrain cabins as people travel into Vancouver from the airport this coming season.
