With a solid background and depth of experience and education in both engineering and industrial design, Rogers' responsibilities go beyond product development to include overseeing G3's engineering, production and manufacturing departments. This ensures a seamless process from product inception to product completion and delivery of proven products to the consumer. Rogers holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious McGill University in Montreal, as well as an Honours Diploma of Design specializing in Industrial Design from the Ontario College of Art and Design. As an avid outdoorsman and backcountry skier that has traveled the world, Rogers is intimately aware of the importance of high quality, functional and durable equipment.
