Returns / Exchanges
G3 will accept product exchanges within 45 days of the original purchase date. Less shipping charges (if applicable). The product MUST be in original condition and in the original packaging. If the product is not in the same condition as when it was received, then it isn't eligible to be returned for exchange. For safety reasons, helmets are not eligible for return or exchange. Original order shipping charges, if applicable, are not refundable on correctly shipped orders.
G3 will only process exchanges for product that was directly purchased online from G3. If you purchased from a G3 dealer then you must contact them directly for their return/exchange procedures. You must be the original purchaser with a valid G3 order confirmation or G3 factory sales receipt. We only exchange returned product for another G3 product - we do not give refunds.
All returns must be accompanied by a RA (return authorization) number, which may be obtained by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. You must clearly mark this RA number on your returning parcel, and reference it on all email correspondence. Product mailed to G3 without an RA number will not be processed for a return/exchange or mailed back to you.
G3 strongly recommends that you try fitting purchased skins on for size your skis before trimming and/or removing the plastic glue protector sheets. Once the plastic sheets has been removed the skins are no longer in original re-saleable condition! The same applies to skis - once they have been drilled/had bindings mounted/been skied on they are no longer in original condition and are not able to be returned.
