Shipping policy

Notice: Tariffs & Shipping to the U.S.

Due to the high tariffs that are currently in place by the United States on products coming into the country, we cannot ship Skis or Splitboards to U.S. addresses at this time. All other gear are not impacted and are still available to ship to the U.S. We look forward to if/when these tariffs are lifted so that we can continue providing the full range of G3 gear to our valued U.S. customers. In the meantime, we encourage you to visit your local dealer for any gear not available on our website.

Processing Time

Your order is important to us. We make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner. Typically orders leave our warehouse in 1-2 business days.   

Carriers & Tracking

We ship orders using Canada Post or UPS standard ground shipping in Canada, and UPS Expedited to all other countries.  A tracking number will be provided within the shipping confirmation email.  Contact the shipping carrier directly with any questions regarding delivery. G3 cannot guarantee delivery times. 

Shipping Rates

For orders being shipped within Canada or the US, orders of $150+ are eligible for free ground shipping.  Remote locations including but not limited to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Alaska, and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping and higher shipping fees may apply.  Other exclusions may apply. 

International Orders

When shipping outside Canada, customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or fees that are imposed upon import.

Cancellations & Changes

Order cancellations are difficult to facilitate even if the order hasn't shipped yet. However, we want to help whenever possible. Please contact us at 604-298-6900 or  service@genuineguidegear.com as soon as possible if you would like to request an order cancellation. We aren't able to accommodate order changes at this time. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled or changed.

Holiday Cut Off Dates

Holiday shipping cut off dates are estimates only. We encourage customers to order as early as possible to avoid any unforeseen delays due to weather, increased order volume, or other circumstances.
